1. Order Processing & Handling Time

At Twisted Print Co., every 3D printed item is inspected carefully prior to dispatch.

• Handling / Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates

We ship nationwide within the United States using reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx):

• Standard Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all standard orders.
• Transit / Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (Handling + Transit).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status updates to reflect on the carrier’s system.

4. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at team@twisted-printco.shop before your order ships.
